Casa Adorno operates as a licensed real estate brokerage under New Age Properties. All real estate transactions are subject to the laws and regulations of the applicable jurisdiction (Florida, New York, or Puerto Rico). Nothing on this Site constitutes a binding offer, solicitation, or guarantee of any specific property price, availability, financing, or transaction outcome. A brokerage relationship is formed only through a separate signed written agreement.

3. Listing Information & MLS / IDX Data

Property listings and MLS data displayed on this Site are provided through our IDX data license with the MIAMI Association of REALTORS® via Bridge Interactive (RESO Web API), and are provided for consumers' personal, non-commercial use only. Information is deemed reliable but not guaranteed. Listing details, prices, and availability are subject to change or removal without notice. You must independently verify all information before making any real estate decision.

You may not, and may not permit any third party or automated system to: (a) copy, scrape, harvest, redistribute, or republish MLS listing data; (b) use the data for any purpose other than identifying properties you may be interested in purchasing or leasing; or (c) use the data to train, fine-tune, or supply any artificial intelligence or machine-learning model. These restrictions are required by our data license and survive termination of your use of the Site.

4. Permitted Use & Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form;
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated means to access, query, or extract data from the Site or its APIs;

MLS listing content remains the property of the respective listing brokers and the MIAMI Association of REALTORS®.

6. User Submissions

Information you submit through contact, inquiry, or booking forms must be accurate and your own. By submitting, you grant us permission to use that information to respond to and follow up on your inquiry, as described in our Privacy Policy. Do not submit confidential information you do not wish us to receive by email.

7. Third-Party Links & Platforms

This Site links to third-party platforms (including Airbnb and VRBO). We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, availability, or practices of any third-party site. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

8. Short-Term Rentals

Short-term rental listings and booking inquiries are subject to property-specific rules, availability, and our Rental Terms, including minimum-age requirements for certain properties. A booking inquiry is a request only and does not constitute a confirmed reservation until expressly confirmed by us in writing.

9. Act 60 / Tax Information

Any content related to Puerto Rico's Act 60 or tax incentive programs is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute tax, legal, or investment advice. 16. Severability & Entire Agreement
